Field West Construction offers many green building options for new homes. While high R values of insulation and a Home Energy Rating are required by the City of Boulder, Field West can work with homeowners that are interested in building a home that exceeds the current City standards.

In floor radiant heating is a standard feature in a Field West home. Geo Thermal Drilling combined with a Photovoltaic electric power can work together to both heat and cool a new home with very little energy consumption. We are currently working on homes that will be near Net Zero energy consumption upon completion.
